PERNEM: Pernem Police recovered the body of an Ukrainian Oleksander Shypitsyn (47) along Parcem-Tuem road on Tuesday morning. According to Pernem police, the deceased had come to Goa on January 25 and was residing in God’s Gift, a guest house located at Arambol.
However on February 24, Shypitsyn had met with an accident and when he was returning to the guest house, after taking treatment at the Tuem Primary health center, he fell from the road into a three and half meter deep ditch and died.
