The streets of the capital city, of the Tourism Capital of India, are full of obstacles for pedestrians. The rights of pedestrians and especially senior citizens to clear and safe footpaths are violated. If that is not enough, the pedestrians are treated to showers from the air conditioners from Govt buildings, banks and private buildings. Goa Can had also launched an umbrella protest against water being showered on pedestrians in the city.
