BICHOLIM: The body of a unknown woman was fished out the river at Naiginim on Sunday.
According to Bicholim police the incident occurred on Sunday late evening. The police rushed to the spot under the guidance of PSI Gaurish Parab and recovered the body which was in the age group between 50-60 years.
Police have registered this as the case of unnatural death. PSI, Gaurish Parab who is investigating the case said women may have slipped into the river while she was doing some work. At present the body at the GMC morgue. Police have called upon relatives them for identification.
