PANJIM: Union Minister Shripad Naik was on Sunday admitted to the Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for high blood pressure. He was discharge on the following day after doctors confirmed that all his parameters are normal.
GMCH Dean Dr S Bandekar said that Naik was admitted after he complained of giddiness on Sunday evening. “He complained of giddiness. We got his admitted and kept him under observation. All the tests were done and it was found that h had high BP. He is now stable and fit for discharge,” the doctor said.
