MARGAO: Colva Police has registered a theft case against an unknown person following a complaint lodged by Patsy Jean Pland, a 63-year-old United States national. She was staying at a guest house in Majorda with a 25-year-old Gujrati boy. As per the complaint, the burglary occurred when both of them had gone out of the room. The thief, broke in and stole a mobile phone and cash worth 6,400 US $, which had been kept in the room.
