PONDA: Dhavlim locals on Friday demanded that the roadside vehicle parking at the Dhavlim junction, near Bhagawati Temple, be cleared immediately.
According to the locals, for the past one-and-half month, three trucks are just parked opposite the road passing at Dhavlim village.
The locals said the vehicles pose risk to the lives of locals as the parked trucks are creating a hurdle by blocking the front view of the highway making it difficult to cross into the village road. Besides, the locals said the Dhavlim-Farmagudi bypass road stretch is occupied with several trucks parked which block the view of heavy vehicles passing through the highway.
