PANJIM, DEC 22 An Uttar Pradesh (UP) has been arrested and charged with possession of narcotics at Candolim. Anti Narcotics Cell (ANC) sleuths seized 1.5 kg Ganja and 130 gms Charas from Dharmadev Rajbhar when he was waiting for his prospective customer near Shantadurga Temple at Candolim, today.
