Panjim: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Friday announced that the Directorate of Higher Education (DHE) will begin UPSC training in all government colleges from coming academic year.
Sawant explained thatDHE will begin this in a bid that Goan students do well in competitive exams.
He added that DHE is working on modules to see that the training begins from the next academic year itself.
Speaking on Covid deaths, CM Sawant said with no death on Thursday, it was a great day. “Yesterday (November 12) was a great day with no death was reported, we are hopeful that in coming days also will go similar, let this Diwali be COVID free.”
He further added that they all will take a pledge to have proper COVID management in Goa and to protect our identity.
