Usgao man hangs to death

A 32-year-old man from Usgao-Ponda committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence on Wednesday afternoon.
According to Ponda Police, the body of Sachin Gawas was found hanging to the rafter in the store room. Villagers shifted Sachin to a private hospital in Ponda, where he was declared dead.
It is learnt that a police complaint was lodged by a girl against the deceased on charges of harassing her. The boy was supposedly involved a one-sided love affair. However, when Ponda police reached Sachin’s residence for inquiry, they learnt of the incident.
