Vaikunth Dessai passes away

Former Deputy Speaker of the Goa Assembly and the former Panchayat Minister Vaikunth Dessai passed away on Wednesday
condoling the sad demise of Vaikunth Dessai, Chief Minister Digambar Kamat in his condolence message said late Dessai has made commendable contribution in educational, social and political field for more than a decade.  In his death, Goa has lost a dedicated teacher and selfless worker, he added.
