Valpoi council begins pre-monsoon works

The Valpoi Municipal Council (VMC) has begun pre-monsoon works of de-silting
nallahs and cleaning of culverts in the municipality.

market area have been taken on priority, while the cleaning of culverts alongside
the interior roads in all wards of VMC is underway and is likely to be completed
in the first week of June.
Meanwhile, work of renovating of VMC is going on in full swing.
The VMC office is presently functioning in at the VMC garden house and will be
shifted back to municipal building once the renovation work is over.
