MARGAO: Varca seaman Selvino Gonsalves represented by Adv Aires Rodrigues has moved the High Court of Bombay at Goa seeking proper investigation in the case wherein he and his wife were cheated and duped to the tune of by Rs 12,24,013 by the Margao based Kamaxi Forex owned by Nilesh Raikar. The matter will come up for hearing on July 14 before a Division Bench comprising of Justice F M Reis and Justice Nutan Sardessai.
On July 10, Selvino Gonsalves lodged a complaint against Nilesh Raikar at the Margao police station which was transferred to the Economic Offences Cell of the Goa Police which is probing the numerous complaints against Nilesh Raikar of having cheated other investors.
