VASCO: The abandoned infant’s body which was found in the waste bin a few days back, the medical test reveals that it is COVID-19 negative. The histopathological examination report of the tissues and clavicle for DNA profile are pending, which will bring more clarity in the case.
Sources from Vasco Police Station informed that as per the autopsy report, the age of the deceased infant is suspected to be between 1 and 10 days. The cause of the death mentioned in the medical report “is believed to be due to opinion reserved pending histopathological examination”.
