Vasco-Kulem train cancelled from September 19 to 30

VASCO: The South Western Railway (SWR) has announced the temporary cancellation of train services between Vasco da Gama and Kulem for 12 days, from September 19 to 30.

The move comes just ahead of the Ganesh Chaturthi festival, potentially affecting a large number of commuters who rely on these train services.

The SWR has cited ongoing electrical maintenance work between Majorda and Vasco stations as the reason for this interruption.

Meanwhile, a special KTC bus service has been started between Sada and Malvan, just in time for the festival rush. The bus will leave Headland Sada at 8.30 am and while returning, leave from Malvan at 3.15 pm .
