Velip takes over as QMC CO

CUNCOLIM: Quepem  Municipal  Council  finally got the full time Chief Officer as Sagun Velip took the charge on Monday morning. Chairperson Rahul Pereira and other staff welcomed Velip and accorded a warm send-off to outgoing CO Pramod Dessai.  Speaking to Herald, Pereira said, “I am expecting full cooperation to CO for the town’s welfare and development. We have been demanding full time CO for a long time and finally we have a full-time CO.”
