PANJIM: Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar expressed his worry that Principal Secretary Mines was giving more attention to the Supreme Court than to him.
“He (principal secretary mines R K Verma) didn’t care for the CM. He was running after the CEC. I didn’t see his face for many weeks,” Parrikar said.
