PANJIM: The Vice President of India, Venkaiah Naidu, on Wednesday arrived in Goa on a four-day official visit.
Naidu was received by Governor PS Sreedharan Pillai, Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant and others at INS Hansa, Vasco, from where he later reached the Raj Bhavan.
The Vice President on October 28 will inaugurate the new campus of Sant Sohirobanath Ambiye Government College of Arts, Science and Commerce at Virnoda Pernem.
The rest of the schedule of the Vice President is yet to be made official.
