MARGAO: As the three persons summoned for enquiry by the Fatorda police for enquiry on Sunday did not turn up but sent a letter stating their inability to appear before the police and requesting for a new date, police are likely to intimate them to come to the police station on June 26.
Vice President of Goa Forward Party Durgadas Kamat on Wednesday had lodged a complaint with Fatorda Police and also Cyber Crime Branch about the video and had also provided a telephone number from which the video was sent.
Following investigations, Fatorda Police summoned Sushant Naik from Borim, Raghuvir Shirodkar from Raia and Aditya Naik from Cacoda Curchorem to the police station on Sunday morning.
However, Sushant Naik has sent a letter stating that he is out of station while Raghuvir Shirodkar stated that due to some urgent work he would not be able to go to the police station and Aditya Naik sought excuse on grounds that his father is sick.
