They said, the MLA even had a smile on his face this morning when Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar visited him.
“I examined Vishnu this morning and he showed further signs of improvement,” Dr P S Ramani, said in his message to Wagh’s brother Ramarao.
“The Chief Minister visited him. After I whispered to him that the CM had come to see him, Wagh smiled for the first time since he was hospitalised. The CM was happy to see him smile,” the doctor added.
The doctor’s conversation is been tweeted by MP Narendra Sawaikar stating “this news brings smile with prayers for Wagh to join Ganesh Chaturthi festivals.”
The St Andre MLA was airlifted to Hinduja hospital on August 18 in a critical condition after he suffered a cardiac arrest on August 15.
