“This state-of-the-art centralised laundry facility has been totally outsourced. We will maintain the best hygiene standards. We will continuously upgrade this facility,” Rane said.
He added, “Instructions have been given to all government health services and hospitals in the state to come up with a logistics plan before March 31 so that they too would be linked to GMC for the purpose of laundry cleaning.”
Eco Clean Systems and Solutions, managing director Roy Vas said, “Old linens are being discarded. The order has already been placed for 10,000 linens, once they are delivered the process will be smooth and faster. The unit will be upgraded continuously.”
