PANJIM: The District Election Officer and Returning Officer of North Goa parliamentary constituency has notified a voting schedule for the electorate on election duty.
For polling parties, the facilitation centre has been set up at Dhempe College of Arts and Science, Miramar, Panjim, on April 30, May 2 and 3, 2024.
For the officials on election duty, sector magistrates, flying squads, ARO, AERO and other election related staff engaged in election work on the day of poll (other than polling parties), the facilitation centre is Institute Menezes Braganza Hall, First Floor, Small Hall (B), Panjim, on May 3, 4 and 5, 2024.
For police personnel, Goa IRB and Home Guards, the facilitation centre is Institute Menezes Braganza Hall, First Floor, Large Hall (A), Panjim, on May 3, 4 and 5, 2024.
Voters on election duty, who had applied for postal ballot facility, will have to cast their votes on the above specified dates at the respective facilitation centres, a statement from the election authorities said.
