PANJIM, MARCH 12: Located on the Panjim-Taleigao border, Ward 16 appears to be in a mess.

Reserved for women , this ward will witness a triangular fight — Pascoela Mascarenhas (Babush panel), Nina Silimkhan (Panaji First) and one Satisha Shirodkar.
However, it is likely to be a straight contest between Pascoela and Nina.
