VASCO: Heavy rains for the last two days slowed down traffic movement at the road stretch of Verna to Cortalim and up to Agassaim on Friday morning. Some spots from Vasco also were flooded with rainwater due to continuous rainfall.
People got invariably delayed in reaching office because of the slow movement through water logged road with potholes at several places.
Some areas in Vasco, such as area outside the Municipality building, near court premises, near Municipality garage area, behind Vasco police station and other low lying areas from port town got clogged due to rain water.
Some individuals also posted the videos, photographs of the water clogged roads and places from Vasco, questioning the efficiency of the work and the causes of the water logging in the area.
