Recently there was heavy unseasonal rain in Goa. Due to this there were chances of malaria getting spread and other disease. So I and my friends along with ward (MMC 16) people took a drive of spraying and followed by fogging, with the theme of our PM Narendra Modi’s Campaign “Swacch Bharat Abhiyan” – “Nital Goem”. First I approached Margao Municipality, who directed me to Health department.
My thanks to MMC and Health dept officials, who are very kind in words and very helpful. But I had a question for them, and I asked one of the health official: Actually whose duty is it to do this work and how you’ll do it ? “. To my surprise he told me that, Health dept had given to MMC 20 fogging machines!! But he does not think anyone is using it. Anyway I have a message for every citizen and it’s a inspiring word’s of former American president John F Kennedy.
