MARGAO: Castigating the Congress for its allegation that the government has collapsed, the TCP Minister Vijai Sardesai said he was not willing to even think of a post Manohar Parrikar scenario at the moment and asserted that he would honour his promise made to Manohar to support his government.
Speaking to media he pointed out that even though the chief minister was not in Goa the Rs 350 crore Fatorda Margao Bus Terminus project has been approved and work will start on it shortly. Besides, he said all files are being cleared and more important was the fact that all bills were being paid.
“When the Congress cannot form a cabinet in Karnataka where they are part of the government what right do they have to talk about Goa where everything is functioning so smoothly,” he said, adding that everybody is wishing and praying for Manohar’s speedy recovery.
He said he cannot forget the promise he had made to Manohar and said he would adhere to it.
