MARGAO: Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) Nuvem MLA Wilfred D’Sa alias Babashan once again hinted out that he will contest the next assembly election as an independent candidate, and will not ask for any party for the ticket.
He said that most of his supporters are urging him to contest the elections as an independent candidate.
“I have never pleaded for the ticket to contest elections with any party and same will be my stand with regard to the next Assembly elections scheduled after six months”, he stated.
