With the clock ticking fast, Panjim has only about 60 days left to get its Smart City proposal sanctioned as it competes with 98 other cities in India. Goa’s capital has yet to address the numerous issues it faces with inputs still being gathered from the public on how the city should be. It’s a race against time for Panjim and it is left to be seen whether the capital makes the cut or not
