PERNEM: A 65-year-old woman from Askawada-Mandrem allegedly committed suicide by jumping in a well at Askawada on Monday.
According to Pernem police, Savitri Mandrekar drowned after she jumped in the well at Askawada. PSI V Chodankar is investigating
the case.
