It is a pity the way our public projects are executed. There is little attention or sensitivity towards public safety. On Saturday, a woman pedestrian’s leg was trapped in the drain cover, on the service road near the Bambolim flyover, opposite the Goa Medical College.
The woman was in great pain, and after many agonizing moments the metal drain trap was cut by firefighters and the woman was freed to the relief of everyone.
