PANJIM: Panjim police have booked a 19-year-old for allegedly criminally intimidating and assaulting a youth on Saturday.
Rahul Yadoli has been booked under section 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace), 506 (criminal intimidation), 341 (wrongful restraint) read with 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code, taking cognizance of a complaint filed by Arun Megeri (19) of Tonca-Caranzalem. PI Siddhant Shirodkar said that Yadoli was arrested in connection with a separate FIR last month. As per records shared with the media, he has at least four cases registered between 2015 and 2017 till date.
