PONDA: Ponda Police on Thursday arrested Vikee Maruthi Shindem (21) from Tamsulem Marcel for frequently stalking and harassing a 19-year-old girl.
On January 17, the youth was arrested for the same offence and was released on bail. However, he was again found stalking the same girl. The youth has been arrested Sections 354(D) and 506(2) of IPC.
