MARGAO: 3 Graduates, Navelim edged past Goa Police 2-1 to move into the finals of the St Anthony Agalli Boys 8-a-side football tournament, at Multipurpose ground, Borda, on Saturday. 3 Graduates led 1-0 at half time.
In the 21st minute, 3 Graduates scored through Gautam Canconkar’s deft placement.
Crossing over, Goa Police pulled a goal back through Milind Shinde’s powerful header in the 40th minute off a cross from Abdul Khan.
