MARGAO: Salcete Football Club will be organising a seven-a-side football festival for boys below 12 years on November 16 and 17.
The tournament is open to clubs, schools and other institutions.
The tournament will be played at the practice grounds outside the Nehru Stadium, Fatorda. Players born on or after January 1, 2008 are eligible to take part.
