PANJIM: Ahmedabad Circle defeated Hyderabad Circle 48-42 in the final of State Bank of India All-India inter-circle basketball tournament at Fr Benedict Furtado indoor stadium, Don Bosco Oratory, Panjim.
Hitendra Singh (14) and Vipul Singh (12) were the star players for Ahmedabad while Harikrishna Prasad (13) and G Premkrupakar (12) tried hard for Hyderabad.
In the first semi-finals, Ahmedabad outplayed Bhubaneswar 57-23 while Hyderabad got the better of Mumbai 54-27.
