The academies and clubs who are not part of the Hero I-League and Second Division League can participate in these youth leagues by getting themselves certified under the AIFF’s Academy Certification Programme, stated a press release.
The interested clubs and academies can send a request on email to pushpargha@the-aiff.com with a copy to ileague@the-aiff.com.
