PANJIM: Aivao Youth Club defeated Nauxim Sports Club 4-2 in a GFA Second Division league match at Teleigao ground, Tuesday.
Nauxim SC fielded just nine players thus giving Aivao a big advantage.
Aivao took the lead in the 7th minute through Neetesh Kandolkar. Neetesh then doubled the lead. Manoj Zambaulikar scored the third in the 22nd minute and Askshay Gauris netted the fourth.
Sagar Faterpekar reduced the margin for Nauixim in the 35th minute. The teams left for the break with Aivao leading 4-1. In the second half Nauxim SC scored through Avesh Faterpekar.
