MAPUSA/RAIA: Albert Developers SC registered a comfortable 2-1 win over CSM de Taleigao in the GFA’s Division I League match played at Santa Cruz ground, on Monday.

On resumption of play, a power-packed right footer by captain Rajat deflected the goalkeeper’s gloves and saw the ball enter the back of the nylons to make it, 2-0.
CSM de Taliegao exerted tremendous pressure through captain Nehal A and finally managed to pull a goal in the 81st minute through Niyaz Tambak, 2-1.
At Duler Stadium, Chapora Yuvak stunned St Anthony’s SC, Marna, with a well-deserved 2-0 win.
Chapora Yuvak colts struck both their goals on crossing ends through Sachidanand Satelkar (54th minute) and Vellington Almeida (65th minute).
Sao Jose de Areal Sports Club edged past Santa Cruz Club of Cavelossim 4-2 at Rosary ground, Navelim.
Reagan Costa opened the scoreline for Sao Jose de Areal in the 12th minute but the joy was short-lived as Cidroy Furtado equalised for Santa Cruz Club of Cavelossim in the 21st minute. Regan Costa of Sao Jose de Areal further inflated the lead in the 44th minute. Then Delzan Passanha equalised for Santa Cruz Club of Cavelossim in the 53rd minute.
Later, Sao Jose de Areal fired two more goals through Stalen Oliveira and Aryan Mathews Endro in the 80th and 89th minute respectively.
