FATORDA: Assolda Veterans blanked Danvodem Veterans by a 1-0 deficit to move into the semi-finals of the 1st all-Goa Fatorda Veterans football, played at Don Bosco ground Fatorda, on Monday.
Rosario Carvalho scored the match winner for Assolda in the 6th minute to secure a spot in the semi-finals.
Danvodem Veterans had their chances but the strikers just couldn’t keep their composure infront of the rival goal.
