MAPUSA/RAIA: Augustias Sporting Club had an easy outing as they drubbed Bidesh XI SC by 5-1 margin in the GFA’s U-13 Division II League Group A match played at Quitula ground, on Friday.
Eloi Colaco (2), Jeremy Ferrao (2) and Nash Pinto scored for Augustias SC colts while for Bidesh XI SC, the consolation goal was scored by Aarush Nagvenkar.
Adarsh YS managed to edge past Anjuna Gymkhana by 3-2 margin.
Vaibhav Chodankar, Darsh Govekar and Saharsh Govekar scored for Adarsh YS, while Anish Assolkar and Mandar Mandrekar (OG) scored for Anjuna Gymkhana.
YSC Colvale trounced Goa United Sports Academy by 8-4 margin. Super Goans FC registered a hard fought 1-0 win over Siddeshwar SC at Don Bosco Oratory ground, Parra.
The all-important goal for the winners came in the 27th minute of play from the boots of Keyan Koya.
Clube Sao Minguel de Taleigao drubbed PVC Parra by 9-0 margin. Elrio Fernandes (3), Rohit Fatarpekar (3), Aaron Serrao (2) and Diukar scored for the winners.
At Montfont ground, Corlim, Ponda Footballers managed to edge past Portais SC by 2-1 margin.
It was Portais SC lads that went into the breather with one goal cushion scored by Ganesh More. However on crossing over, Sainath Patil and Ganesh More (own goal) scored for Ponda Footballers.
Piedade Youth Association, Divar, registered a 2-1 win over Don Bosco Oratory, Panjim. Aman Shaikh put DBO Panjim ahead in the 5th minute of play. On crossing over, Snaden Vaz netted a brace for Piedade Youth Association, Divar.
Don Bosco Oratory, Fatorda, defeated Navelim Villagers Union 2-1 in the GFA’s U-13 Division II League Group E match played at astro turf, Fatorda, on Friday.
Johan Araujo scored both the goals for DBO Fatorda while Ralston Miranda reduced the margin for Navelim Villagers Union.
In another match, Raia FC outplayed Salcete FC by 8-3 goals. Samuel Cruz netted a hat-trick, Meshwin Colaco and Aaron Souza scored a brace each while Ram Chauhan netted the other goal for Raia FC.
For Salcete FC, Casroy Fernandes scored a brace while Shawaiz Shah was the other scorer.
