MAPUSA: Augustias SC had an easy outing as they drubbed PVC Parra by 8-0 margin in the Goveia Cup organised by YSC Colvale at Colvale church ground, on Sunday.
In the 27th minute, Augustias SC opened their account through an own goal as a miss clearance by Raghuvir Salgaocar wrong footed the PVC Parra goalkeeper Aaron Martin and entered the net, 1-0.
On crossing ends, Pavan Devsekar scored two quick goals in the 38th and 39th minutes to put Augustias SC 3-0 ahead.
In the 45th minute, Girish Kalangutkar finished an Akshay Shirodkar cross 4-0.
In the 60th minute, Pavan Devsekar completed his hat-trick tapping in a Girish pass, to make it 5-0.
In the 62nd minute, Abraham Fernandes finished an Anford Fernandes pass to make it 6-0 for Augustias SC.
Kallan D’Cruz made it 7-0 with a solo effort and Anford made it 8-0.
Augustias SC’s Pavan Devsekar received the man-of-the-match award.
