RAIA: Ave Maria Athelitics and Walkers Club defeated Union of Chinchinim Villagers, 6-4, in the GFA’s U-13 IInd Division League Salcette Zone match played at Astro Turf ground, Fatorda, on Wednesday.
Ave Maria netted a brace each through Niyaz Shaikh, Daliston Rodrigues and Torres Rodrigues. And for Union of Chinchinim Sneden Rebello netted a hatrick while Seth Carvalho netted a goal for Chinchinim villagers.
In another match, Young Strikers Club, Benaulim defeated St Sebastian Union Club, Benaulim, 5-4.
Austen Dayton Fernandes netted a hatrick while Jayden Gasper Rodrigues and Nasri Bepari netted a goal each for Young Strikers and for St Sebastian, Jollan Collaco netted a brace while Messi Fernandes and Franky Mesquita netted a goal each.
