CHANDRAWADDO-FATORDA: Bardez Veterans shot-out Donvodem Veterans via the tiebreaker to move into the semi-finals of the Fatorda Veterans football tournament, at DBO ground, Murida-Fatorda, on Saturday.
Bardez midfielder Gavin Araujoand striker Bebian Fernandes missed chances to score in the third and fourth minute, while Robert Fernandes of Donvodem shot hit the Bardez cross bar and went out of play in the fifth minute.
Allwyn Fernandes opened the score-line for Bardez in the 30th minute but the joy was short-lived and Robert Fernandes equalised for Donvodem in the 45th minute.
In the tie-breaker, Bardez Veterans provided to be better shooters.
