CAMORLIM: Bardez Veterans defeated Candolim Veterans 4-3 via the tie-breaker to move into the final of the 5th All-Goa veteran’s soccer tournament in memory of late Jose Cardoza, Culsabhat-Camorlim, organised by Boys of Camorlim ground, on Thursday.
Lino Pereira opened the account for Bardez Veterans in the 25th minute while Shankar equalised for Candolim Veterans in the 39th minute.
In the resultant tie-breaker Bardez Veterans proved to be better shooters.
