CHINCHINIM: Betalbatim SC edged past CRC Chinchinim 2-1 to move into the semi-finals of the 2nd CRCC Cup, organised by CRC Chinchinim at CRC Chinchinim ground, on Friday.
Chinchinim opened the score line through Myron Ferrao in the 27th minute, but the joy was short-lived as eleven minutes later Klusner Pereira equalised for Betalbatim.
Thereafter in the 45th minute, Klusner Pereira netted the match-winner for Betalbatim SC.
CRC Chinchinim tried their level best to get back in the game but they couldn’t get past stubborn Betalbatim SC defence.
