Betalbatim in Wilred finals

Betalbatim Sporting Club downed Chandor Club 2-0 to march into the finals of All-Goa 3rd Wilred Leisure Cup inter-village football tournament organised by Wilred Leisure Sports Club at Curtorim ground, on Thursday. All the goals came in the first half.
The highlight of the day was a brilliant brace by striker Denzil Rogtao.
Betalbatim broke the deadlock in the 10th minute when Denzil bulged the net giving no chance to the rival keeper.
Denzil scored the insurance goal in the 29th minute after he picked up a ball from his own half.
Betalbatim had scoring chances but heir forwards missed in ideal positions.
Denzil of Betalbatim and Ashward Fernandes of Chandor were adjudged best players.
