MARGAO: A fine brace by Josley Dias enabled Betalbatim Sporting Club to register a fluent 4-0 win over Salcete Football Club and sail into the semi-finals of GFA under-16 play-off at SAG ground, Assolna, Saturday. Betalbatim led 2-0 at the breather.
Betalbatim took control of the match and kept their opponents on the backfoot for a major part of the opening session. Josely who was the fulcrum in the Betalbatim attacks, struck twice in the opening session.
After resumption, Salcete looked listless against the rival rampaging forwards. Mathew Colaco and Rishvin Rebello scored one each for Betalbatim.
