AGASSAIM: Bhagwati Sports Club registered a solitary goal win over Odxel Sports Club in the GFA Third Division League Ilhas Zone at Agassaim ground, on Monday.
In the first half neither sides were able to break the deadlock. However, in the second session, substitute Rajesh Kankonkar scored the lone goal in the 78th minute which proved to be the match-winner.
Meanwhile, in another match at Taleigao ground, Marcel Sports Club downed SAI Training Centre 2-1.
Dattaraj Tarkar and Sohan Phadte scored for the winners while SAI Training Centre pulled a goal back through Madar.
