PANJIM: Bidesh XI Sports Club registered a solitary goal win over PVC Parra in the Goa Football Association Vedanta Women’s League at Assonora ground, on Tuesday. Bidesh finished the league with 14 points and remained undefeated registering four wins and two draws.
In their final league match, Ansiva Vaz scored the only goal of the match.
Meanwhile Albert Developers finished second with eight points following their 1-1 draw against Churchill Brothers. Sushmita Jadhav scored a 90+4 minute equalising goal for Albert Developers. Churchill Brothers had taken the lead at the hour mark through Clency Miranda.
PVC Parra finished third and Churchill Brothers finished last.
