MAPUSA/RAIA: Sesa FA Juniors ended their campaign in the GFA’s Third Division League Bardez Zone on a winning note as they trounced El Shaddai S&C by 9-0 margin played at Moira ground, on Tuesday.
Ferran Gonsalves pumped in four goals, while Aniket Terane, Nikes Khoirem, Dattaraj Sarlikar(own goal), Granville Fernandes and Dylan Fernandes added their names to the scorers list.
At Duler Stadium, here, St Sebastian SC managed to hold Miracles SC by 2-2 margin.
The teams went into the breather locked in a 1-1 draw. Jonas D’Souza put Miracles SC ahead in the 35th minute of play while Anthony Viegas came with the equaliser for St Sebastian 1-1. On crossing over, Jonas D’Souza once again put Miracles team ahead in the 55th minute only to find Alvito Fernandes net the equaliser in the 75th minute of play for 75th minute of play.
At Kelbai ground, Mayem, Kelbai SC Mayem registered a hard-fought 1-0 win over Siddeshwar SC. In the very 2nd minute of play Diraj Naik scored the all-important goal for the winners. At Chandor ground, Gonvol Xeldem defeated Rumdamol SC 6-2. Alreach Peixote scored a hat-trick while Richard Oliveira Grevilo Lima scored a goal each and Steve D’Mello scored a self-goal. For Rumdamol SC Abdul Gani scored a brace.
At Don Bosco Oratory ground, Fatorda, St Sebastiao YC, Murida, defeated Margao SC by 3-1 goals. Milson Barreto scored a brace and Praveen Khole scored one goal for St Sebastiao YC team. The only goal for Margao SC was netted by Stewart Miranda.
