PANJIM: A demonstration of blindfold pawn game team chess by Shrikant Barve will be held on January 24 at Mushtifund HS, here on Tuesday at 10 a.m.
This is the first time that all three players of a chess team will participate in a single pawn game. One will announce the move, the second will write it and the third one will play on a magnetic demonstration board.
Meanwhile, Pratibha Friends’ Circle of Borim will organise five chess tournaments for Std I-IV, Std V-VI, blindfold pawn team chess, 50plus, balavadi sevika pawn game on February 11 and 12.
